Adopts site

Hello there users. I, Damian, am trying to make an adopts site. I'd like your opinions and suggestions on what it should have.

So far I've only got the site url but, nothing else, if you want to give ideas baed on the name I've given it, the name is Dream-Catcher Adopts. I'd like as many suggestions as you can give. Once I finish making the site, I will be looking for artists, moderators, admins, helpers, etc. But, for now I'm requesting coders and theme artists.
